Our standard rental period is 3 days — pick up on Day 1 and return by Day 3. Need more time? Just let us know and we’ll advise on the additional charges.
Orders are placed through our website by browsing items, adding them to cart, and checking out via WhatsApp. Submitting an order is a request and does not guarantee availability. Our team will confirm item availability, pricing, and payment details before final confirmation.
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals to cover potential damage or missing items. The deposit amount depends on the items rented and will be confirmed before order confirmation. It will be fully refunded after the items are returned in good condition.
Return items in good condition and on time. Deposit is refunded within 48 hours via online transfer.
We don’t offer in-house delivery, but we’re happy to help arrange Lalamove or Grab for you. Delivery fees are paid by the customer, and extra care is required for fragile items.
